Reduce Sugars in our diet :

Most of the times, these sugar is used by our body as the main component of quick energy. If some part of the energy produced by these sugars is not utilized, then these are converted into fat deposits & spread across our body. For most of the obese individuals, these sugars are the direct source of fat deposition in their belly region. It is therefore advisable to go for white pasta instead of sugars & sweets. We can as well go for alternative carbohydrate foods like the bread or pasta as they are the products from whole grains. For best possible results, we must practice brisk walking & jogging for at least 45 minutes daily to melt our belly fat quickly.
