what’s that mean? you can never have pizza? fuck you!

  4. Faceuptoit says:

so i understand what they are saying, but their experiment is misleading. cardio is pretty important but no, u cant eat a bucket of crisco daily and expect to lose weight

  5. Faceuptoit says:

i can only comment on my own experience. im 6’6″ and was 403lbs two months ago. since then ive cut 32 lbs. i use a tread mill but only run at a 5mph pace. but i can hold that pace for 45 min straight (i worked up to this). my calories burned after this work out is approximately 1300. i understand the point they are making but that guy is using the mill wrong. its not how fast you go but how long you go. But i have also curbed my diet by drinking more water and cutting out all sodas.

    Wow that is amazing..
    nice experiment..now i know

You can certainly eat pizza/drink fizzy and still lose weight so long as you maintain your hypocaloric balance …not to say that you SHOULD have junk food comprise your diet, since you’d compromise the micronutrition afforded by less refined foodstuffs.

The overall slant of the video’s nice but one quirk- referring to cardio as a “joke” is plain unwarranted. Both aerobic and anaerobic training has its place in the context of a balanced and varied exercise regime. Kudos to that gaz guy too.

How dont you have time to diet?

  11. NateTheGreat25 says:

im sorry to tell you, but it does not take a long time to lose weight and it’s for people that do not have time to exercise or diet or any of that. body magic takes at the max, one month to get down to the weight that you are supposed to be. You must do your research before you make any intelligent judgments.

  12. therocishere says:

    Thats also very lazy!

  13. therocishere says:

If you want to do it like that , it will take you a long time to lose any weight.

  14. PoeticTank says:

I lost 50 ilbs in a short period of time, doing little to no cardio. Just ate better, a bit less for a while. Cardio isn’t overrated, just people don’t know when to place cardio into their routines, or how. Doing 2 hours of cardio versus 2 hours of decent weightlifting, weightlifting is proven to make you lose more weight than cardio alone.

  15. PoeticTank says:

Well, before a big 3-4 hour workout or a football game. I would eat a full pizza or a huge bowl of spaghetti. Basically for the energy. But I was going to burn loads of calories due to all the of intense workout.

You are what you eat, such a true statement. I mean, eating junk every now and then isn’t a bad thing. But, eating healthy, organic things and eating a lot compared to eating a lot of microwavable isn’t so bad. Delissio is probably the better choice of pizza aswell.

this is a great video…..i’ll take my diet…. thanks :D

  19. victorjonsson says:

Haha, this is a great video! Most people know this already, but actually don’t “know” this.

This is enlightening to see, and I’m going to try to keep this in mind.

  20. mikesalvietti says:

sure you can eat 1000 calories of pizza if you plan on burning those calories doing cardio ( which craig proved takes much longer time) but you would have to burn well over that ammount to lose weight. and thats assuming the rest of your diet is healthy. it makes more sense to eat healthy and eat less.

  21. bettyskitchen says:

    Very good video!

  22. rodman98 says:

Nice video. But, most PEOPLE don’t eat pizza everyday. 1000 calories is a good amount for a meal size, and you only exercised for 3 minutes!!! To lose weight, whether your male ( 1800 cal min.) or female (1200 cal min.) you need to eat to run efficiently. Watching what you eat is IMPORTANT, but EXERCISE is also required. If i did the stairmaster for 30 minutes I burn about 530 calories, and I could of burned half what you ate and still have 1300 calories to enjoy :)

  23. Tonster032 says:

well I can actually burn 1000 calories doing cardio so i could eat half that pizza!

  24. iwanabfre says:

posted on my facebook, incredible in your face outlook c.. love it. we are what we eat.. i hope i don’t touch any bunnies today!…

  25. toomurdle says:

Yeah deolm I agree with you on that. Only joke about cardio is people who think they will get a ripped body by doing hours of it. You have to lift AND do cardio. I have seen the results of this as well.
This video does drive home the point well though! Good thinking!
