Pure legs? What about the core or shoulder griddle? Plank is not an easy position (if your form is good) to stay in. This is definitely a total body workout.

you know if you can do that with the ease on the video anyone will think you’re really fit.. Its funny how some folks have to blindly criticize stuff without trying for themselves. I tried them but I could do them all very slowly and was run down by the time I finished the 2nd exercise… I’m gonna work this into my routine when I’m not working out at all.
