Basically what I mean is, I see people who smoke cigarettes for instance, are usually a little bit more on the anxious side. Now please dont misunderstand me, Im not trying to set stereotypes. I am just going off of my own personal experience and a little observation. I used to be a smoker for 10 years myself. After I quit I felt less anxiety and in general, more healthy and motivated all around. This is only one example of a bad habit. How about a persons eating or daily diet regimen for example. A person, who say, eats more fried foods than fresh, baked ect. How much does our eating, exercise, and daily habits really effect our mental decisions, and even spiritual life?wow thats deep never really thought about it b4,but since u mention it,it does seem to me that if u enjoy life and have strong ,healthy relationships, and some sort of faith/value system/philosophy-then,probably,u are more apt to take better care of urself,in order to enjoy more years on this planet, and also because u have more to lose-gr8 friends, family, etc.if u dont have anything u feel is good in ur life,u may be more liable to not care, eat junk and indulge in unhealthy habits-to kill the pain/boredom,or to distract urself fromcircumstances which feel are not under ur control.of course,a person who goes too crazy inb the opposite direction-like a gymn nut who never comes home and neglects his friends/family,or a person who is insanely picky about eating healthy to the point where all they can eat is an organic lettuce leaf or something-they have a problem, too.its all about balance.my addiction?caffeine.love the stuff-but i am going de-caf gradually.
