    Good diet and cardio/HIIT is the way to go.

    even holding the position she is doing, is working your abbs! think about it…..just lie on the floor and lift your feet id say 3 inches of the floor and hold for 10 seconds, do this 10 times with rests, and youl feel it!

    best thing i can think of doing it: say when your on the sofa or chair, do leg raises dnt touch floor …do 3 sets…5 – 8 – 12

    repeat 3 times a day……itl tone up your abbs big tym!

    i do do much cardio! play football almost everyday go jogging, and i have done probably from age of 7-17 (now)
    but i still have an inch of belly fat…probably coz i eat WHAT I WANT
    so im guesing i need a good diet…any ideas of certain foods ?

    its scientifically proven that people in india are prone to diabetes, and also that they are prone to geting tummy fat allot easier than anyone else!, down to metabolism or something…NOW IM INDIAN!…so i think thats my problem!

    I believe dieting and cardio are excellent factor to loose a lot of body fat. Sit ups are good options but dieting should reduce fats and excercing both are good combination. Cardio like running is the best key to keep you up loosing body fat.
