Yeah, 30 seconds is a long time for some of these exercises, like push ups.  But work your way through it, give your best effort and you&#039;ll be on your to losing 4 pounds of belly fat! : )

Yes I&#039;m a big fan of workouts you can do anywhere with little to no equipment.  No travel time to the gym or waiting in line.  I&#039;m trying to put the &quot;I have no time to exercise&quot; excuse to rest.

This is awesome! I been doing this and man let me tell you its not easy as you think it KILLS! But i can feel my body getting used to it now after the 2nd week(a little). The excersize at 1:13 is one i havnt done yet and I cant still figure out where to do it as my nearest park is like miles away. If i do it in the house ill end up tying it to something stupid and end up breaking something I JUST KNOW IT!. ..........Oh well ill just blame Mr Colby.......LOL</description>

I started this routine-week 1, yesterday.  I got a digital &quot;egg&quot; timer.  It works well but the minimum time is 1 min. but since its digital its easy to see the 30 second mark and its neat because it will reset to 1 min. with the push of a button.  Scott, I&#039;m surprised in some of your videos that you don&#039;t emphasize more the importance form.  While doing these exercises, a person should really remember to pull their belly button into their spine, for best results and no injury or strain. Thanks!</description>
