    I am loving these exercises.

  3. glotting says:

Scott, thanks for doing the video demo’s. It really helps to see how to do the exercises. I have been doing all of them for the last 2 weeks and I am excited about starting week 3!

Are these exercises alright for women?
because i have done workouts and they seem to bulk me up and they arent helping me rid fat, only build muscle, now im bullky with fat. So is this workout for me ? Thanks for you videos by the way !! =]

    Hey Scott,

Nice jumping lunges, but your squats…they need a little work. Get that butt down! Love those inch worm pushups. Nice to see someone do mountain climbers at the right speed. You could up the intensity a bit. I do 60 seconds with no rest between exercises. I’ll turn 55 next month, so I know the “kids” here can do that, too.

  6. TheKymille says:

Nice Scott – I’ll give it a go.

  7. snookerbear2 says:

Great videos, but unfortunately, even when I was in marathon running shape, I was unable to do squats or lunges due to knee injuries – it makes me cringe just to watch them – I need some major modifications to the exercise program – also have shoulder issues with push-ups/overhead stuff – help

  8. craaanster says:

yeah, they seem way too easy as Scott does them… but my wrists are so weak and they start hurting easily…;(

  9. user6200 says:

you make them look easy! Am having a hard time with lunges. My knees hurt really bad– sharp pain. I have to go slow. But when i get done i feel totally energized!

  10. Cin1155 says:

Love your workouts Scott. I can’t do a lot of them because of my ankle issues but I take what I can and either adjust them to what I can do or just do what works. Thanks!!
