nothing he showed here wil make you bulky, lifting your own weight doesn’t give you bulk, it tones your muscles and gives you shape, but not bulk. And I don’t which part of my comment you’re responding to.

this workout is good if you just want a regular beach body, but if you’re an athlete, cardio is absolutely essential.

You can do wide grip pulldowns if have access to one , chins are much better though, If you dont have one do negative chins where step up on a chair and start from the top and lower yourself as slow as you can and repeat . They burn . Do those and eventually you should be able to do 2 0r 3 regular chins. then try to get one more every week or so till you can get 10 by yourself for 3 or 4 sets. Also try chins 2 a week not just once. Good luck.

yea interval really does help and i love running i just did this workout for 3 reps and i wasnt breathing half as hard as he was although this would build muscle on a lower lever for a beginner

Mike Mentzers HIT is high intensity BUT YOU DO NOT BREATH HARD on that workout. You breath like he is in this clip if you do sprints or INTERVAL training. What he is doing is anything but sprints or interval training and yet he is breathing that hard. i notice this with most bodybuilders. I used to box and most that came to the gym with that look had NO stamina. As I said it is comparing apples to oranges and if he is OK with that than good for him. he looks good no doubt

Low fat is relative. this guy is not fat but he can be more ripped. Athletics vise he is OUT of shape that is why he is breathing hard. He need sprints. I guess he is happy with the way he looks so all power to him
