Sometimes the truth hurts, he’s only telling you the truth. He’s not talking shit. Some people just can’t take constructive criticism. LOL Stop being so sensitive like a little girl! LOL

  2. Youmakemefart says:

  3. rudyburnez says:

this guy is one annoying prick.anyone who stands in front of a camera wearing a top like that and talking complete shit, should be pilloried and spat at.

  4. rutufu says:

i am saying that it ends up to cash, not that his program sux or anything….

  5. SundinOwnsYou says:

of course its about money but he doesnt feed you bullshit either

i have both of his programs and he gives proper information and guidelines…he’s one of the most credible and sought out coaches in North America so if he was bullshitting then he wouldnt have gotten that far

  6. rutufu says:

OK, to everybody out there, who haven’t figured it out yet …… everything nowadays ends up in one way or another to…. you guessed it- money. So it is comprehensible that he will work up your interest with some cool info, but that’s it. From there on you WILL need to pay. :p
As they say in buisness relations: Nothing personal. :D

  7. Jacobomo says:

yeah i can agree with that. the guy clearly needs to work on his social skills

  8. RSixBoy says:

No offense, but I tend to totally shrug off and laugh at these so called “experts” and “medical” people. Knowledge is one thing, but in this situation the term “talk is cheap” comes to mind because these “experts” who base their info STRICTLY off just science tend to be the ones who sport the lard, “skinny fat”, out of shape etc.

  9. tooooks says:

“Several colloquial terms used to refer to central obesity, and to people who have it, refer to beer drinking. However, there is little scientific evidence that beer drinkers are more prone to abdominal obesity, despite it being known colloquially as “beer belly”, “beer gut”, or “beer pot”. One of the few studies conducted on the subject did not find that beer drinkers are more prone to abdominal obesity

  10. tooooks says:

its not horse shit! i think its time u did ur research, and check ur references! being a 4th year medical student myself we know many ppl confuse a fat belly (obesity) with the so call beer belly, there is no proof!

  11. rockcityaudio says:

for fat loss you need a calorie deficit.
for muscle building you need extra calories to build muscle. that’s why pro body builders have an off season for building mass(stuffing their faces)then they “cut”or diet down so that their body fat is so low to show all the muscles.body builders can be on 8000 calories a day bulking, then down to 1000 for cutting.some can look fairly good all year round as using supplements can help.

  12. Brokencarnage says:

Exactly dude like I said check out scooby and yelkaim1, they dont want no money, they just there to help you out mate.

  13. Brokencarnage says:

Yeah I’m sure he knows alot, but he doesnt get to the point and just pisses me off for some reason.. its my problem though, scooby and yelkaim are just easy to like.

  14. Jacobomo says:

this guy makes a lot of valid points. as a certified strength and conditioning specialist i don’t disagree with anything he says. high intensity interval training is the best way to go. these methods are tried and true and all scientific evidence points to these methods being the most effective.

  15. kimaam says:

I want to the website but they want money right away:/

  16. ltcoldfire says:

This guy reminds me of Nancy Pelosi. He’s lost.

  17. Brokencarnage says:

    Thanx I’ll have a look

  18. baur20calibre says:

no guys with a belly is fatt which doesnt mean they look good.

guys with hard abbs look good

  19. phodgin77 says:

i agree scooby is good, but his take on cardio is wrong and out dated, you need to look at ‘yelkaim1′ workouts, especially his cardio myth videos. you don’t need to do 45 mins cardio to get the best results

  20. lVlazi says:

¤ø„¸¸„ø¤º°¨¸„ø¤º°¨ post to 3 other vids
    ¨°º¤ø„¸ Copy? „ø¤º°¨ press F5 twice

  21. Brokencarnage says:

This guy just talks a heap of shit.. if you wanna lose belly you wanna do cardio and ab excersises, simple.. cardio is always more important than weights – i recommend searching ‘scoobys workouts’ he has all videos on what you need to know and doesnt talk crap, this guy here is a fuckn fag.

  22. Brokencarnage says:

Sould do it after your weight training mate.. depending on how long after your talking about, you dont wanna be exhausted before going onto the weights

  23. stuntflix says:
