but for my chest. i just try to do 500 pushups in one day.
i do 50 pushups every 30 minutes until i hit 500
ugh, feel like i’m going to throw – up very good workouts and effective but this is my first day ill be updated my time each day for 1 week just to see how it goes today, however i have my six-abs showing but i have a layer of fat and little tiny bit of love handles p.s. i’m 13.. at 128 pounds..
man today is wed, and i did not do this mon or tues.
i missed 2 days now. should i just accept this as a lost or i should do 3 sets today to make up for my loss.
either way, this is day 3 for me.

ok i weight 160 pounds age 14 can someone pleae tell me how long will it take if i do that every day for 8 minutes

today i was able to do the first exercise without feeling pain in my stomach.
i hope that shows improvement haha
this is very helpful i jst tried this today and i feel the burn all on my stomach
Seems like you guys don’t know enough about nutrition and exercising.

youre probably not doing it right. try squeezing your lower abs while you do some of it.
