Every time when my tummy get bulgy I will start a weekly routine of half an hour aerobic exercises. This can be stomach exercise that tone your stomach muscles, crunch or use a stability ball.

Combing a good weight loss diet with regular tummy exercise can help you get rid of belly fat in no time. For example, eating lots of fibre and aerobics can help you boost the metabolism burn the body fat. Also water helps you eliminate it so it is good drink plenty of it.
