Warning: Belly Fat is Actually Considered to be Dangerous

Fabricio asked:

Human beings need energy for every activity and fats are a great source for this energy. In foods, the components of carbohydrates and fatty acids are considered to be the source of fats. It is the accumulation of fats over the belly that ends up looking bad. Three out of every five men above the age of 40 are known to have belly fat. Two out of every five women above the age of 40 have belly fat. Not only does it look awful, but it also possesses some serious health hazards.

People generally do not keep a tab on their eating habits in their younger age and that is the reason why most of them have an accumulating belly fat over the years. It is not that one fine day you wake up and suddenly you discovered that now you have a belly! Improper eating habits, loads of junk food, lack of physical exercises in the younger age could well be the reasons for belly fat. Recently even younger people in their 20s and 30s are encountering this problem. This may be because of irregular eating habits and stressful way of life. Further more, belly fat can indirectly lead to severe health problems like heart attack, stroke, paralysis, etc.

Realizing you have an overweight or fat belly problem is the first step we need to take. Probably the most important step now would be to find as much information as we can about how to Lose Belly Fat and Fat Loss programs. One that I have found specially interesting and curiously named is ‘FatLoss4Idiots’, They have actually put together a pretty decent step by step guide on how to love 9lbs every 11days.

Even though it sounds like an accelerated fat burning program (starving yourself) it’s not. What it really is a guide on how our current society eats and your very own step by step guide on how to improve your eating habits. Just as simple as that, correct eating habits and this step by step guide could lead you to losing 9lbs every 11 days.
